MOIN, one of Korea’s fastest-growing fintech innovators in cross-border payments, has deepened its strategic partnership with global real-time payments leader Nium. The announcement was made during Korea Fintech Week and marks a major step toward making international money movement faster, more affordable, and more transparent for Korean consumers and businesses.

Through this expanded partnership, MOIN will now offer outbound payouts to more major markets, including the U.S., Europe, Japan, Australia, and Canada. The integration with Nium also opens access to emerging-market currencies across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America—giving Korean users the ability to send money quickly and securely to more countries than ever before.

MOIN and Nium have been long-standing partners since 2018, with Nium serving as a key global remittance infrastructure provider. With this next phase, the two companies are strengthening inbound payment flows into Korea as well. This will enable faster KRW settlements for global marketplaces, platforms, and corporate clients, reducing delays and improving reliability for any business operating across borders.

Both companies are also exploring stablecoin-based cross-border payment models. By combining MOIN’s blockchain expertise with Nium’s global real-time payment network, they aim to build next-generation settlement tools that improve speed, lower costs, and enhance liquidity for businesses.

For Korean users, this means easier, cheaper global remittances whether they’re sending money to family abroad or receiving payments for business. For corporations, exporters, and digital platforms, it unlocks stronger global competitiveness through faster settlements and lower payment overhead.

Ilseok Suh, CEO of MOIN, said the expanded partnership creates a strong foundation for delivering “world-class remittance and payment experiences” to Korean customers. Nium’s Chief Revenue Officer, Anupam Pahuja, added that scaling the partnership will help support the growing global ambitions of MOIN’s users by improving speed, transparency, and affordability.

As cross-border commerce continues to grow, this enhanced collaboration positions MOIN to deliver more seamless and future-ready financial infrastructure for both individuals and businesses in Korea.
