Paul A. Sizeland, Sr., the firm’s founder and owner, said he chose SMS in order to maximize efficiency and triple the size of the agency’s telesales division. Sizeland can get the synergy and support it needs to grow and better serve its clients from SMS and Alliant Insurance Services, which bought SMS in 2020.
