Truist Financial Corporation is making a bold five-year investment to strengthen client relationships in some of the country’s fastest-growing markets. The plan includes opening 100 new insights-driven branches, renovating over 300 existing branches, upgrading digital capabilities, and hiring additional Premier advisors to support clients with more complex financial needs.

New Insights-Driven Branches
Truist’s branch expansion will focus on high-growth markets such as Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. These modern branches will combine smart design, integrated technology, and dedicated spaces for conversations with Premier advisors, helping clients get personalized financial guidance.

Expansion of the LightStream unsecured lending solution, both online and in branches.
Modernizing ATMs to offer a more personalized, “mobile-like” experience with tailored offers and multi-denominational withdrawals.
