Fiserv, a global leader in payments and financial technology, has announced the appointment of Walter Pritchard as Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Relations, effective December 1, 2025.

Pritchard joins Fiserv with more than 25 years of experience across investor relations, corporate strategy, finance, and equity research. His background includes senior leadership roles where he has helped guide companies through significant strategic and financial evolution. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Palo Alto Networks, where he played a central role in shaping the company’s investor messaging and supporting its long-term growth trajectory through strategic finance and corporate development initiatives.

Before his time in the cybersecurity sector, Pritchard spent many years in equity research as Managing Director at Citi and Cowen & Company, covering the global software and broader technology landscape. He began his career at SoundView Technology Group and later earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Pomona College, reflecting a distinct blend of analytical and strategic expertise.
