A B2B payment orchestration platform called Paytently was launched by business experts from Merill Lynch, Checkout.com, Trustly, and TrueLayer.

The company’s AI-driven platform, which offers local acquiring in more than 35 markets with more than 50 payment connections globally, streamlines transactions by intelligently routing them to the best acquirer.

The package includes support for card processing and issuing, alternative payment methods, IBAN and FX routing, POS terminals, and outsourced engineering options. It also covers the entire lifecycle of merchant needs.

A risk engine created to safeguard businesses against chargebacks and fraud is also part of the offering.

Paytently CEO Samuel Barrett claims that the company’s strategy strikes a balance between a boutique appeal and the capabilities of a significant player in the payments industry.

Paytently is a solution that not only stands out from the competition but also makes payments simple, he says. “We couldn’t be more excited to launch Paytently,” he exclaims. “Our seasoned team is fully committed to ensuring that this cutting-edge platform is a perfect fit. We know the ins and outs of the industry’s needs.”
