Futures Trading Platform Made Available to US Brokers by Devexperts

Futures Trading Platform Made Available to US Brokers by Devexperts

Devexperts, the global software developer for the capital markets industry, has launched a turnkey futures and options trading platform.

The platform will enable brokers expanding into futures and options trading to allow the execution of these types of contracts via Devexperts’ technology. The platform can be deployed out-of-the-box, or fully or partly customized.

The launch of Devexperts’ specialist futures trading platform comes in response to ongoing demand for futures products, particularly in the US.

Ben Hurley, CEO of Devexperts says:”A number of international market factors mean we are seeing ongoing interest in futures trading worldwide. This is particularly the case in the US where the regulatory environment can make derivatives, such as futures, appealing.”

Devexperts’ futures trading platform includes a real-time order management system, with automated calculation of SPAN margin requirements and pre-trade validation of orders to ensure requirements are satisfied; post-trade monitoring for automatic portfolio liquidation in case of market moves; and ability to offer intraday margin discounts and liquidation levels according to brokers‘ risk management. The platform is partnered with futures commission merchants and provides full integration with executing destinations, such as CQG and StoneX.

From traders’ point of view, the platform provides default integration, via dxFeed, Devexperts’ market data service, with a number of exchanges, including CME and ICE. The integrations provide real-time Level 1 and 2 quotes, as well as all necessary wider market data, with the option to integrate with any other US futures exchange. It also features DOM ladder trading with simplified order placing functionality; provides alerts, a heatmap tool, and built-in option strategies; and is available in web browser and mobile app formats.
