A recognized visionary in the banking and capital markets industry, McLaughlin spent more than 30 years at PNC Financial Services Group (NYSE: PNC), where she served as President and CEO of PNC Capital Markets LLC before becoming Vice Chairman, C&IB FIG. During her tenure, she helped drive growth and innovation, including co-launching the PNC Asset Exchange with Community Capital an industry-first digital marketplace designed to help banks and credit unions optimize their loan portfolios. Widely regarded for her strategic clarity, she has been named one of the Most Powerful Women in Finance by American Banker.
