Mr. Li, a co-founder of Amber Group, has been instrumental in building the group’s trading business and establishing its reputation as a global leader in crypto liquidity management. With a strong background in cryptocurrency trading and asset management, he has advised several high-profile crypto projects worldwide. Before founding Amber Group, Mr. Li worked as a credit strategist at Morgan Stanley and holds degrees from Tsinghua University and Columbia University.

Ms. Wang, who has been with Amber Group since 2021, brings a wealth of experience in digital wealth management, financial consulting, and investment strategy across traditional and digital markets. As a Partner at Amber Group, she has led its digital wealth management business and played a key role in building Amber Premium. She has also driven global sales, marketing, and investor relations, helping shape the company’s market positioning. Ms. Wang earned her MBA from Imperial College London.

In addition, the company announced that Mr. Michael Wu, current Chairman of the Board, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mr. Wayne Huo. To further strengthen its senior management team, Ms. Wang has also been appointed as President of Amber International.
