As part of the acquisition, the firm will offer Salesforce solutions as part of its rapidly expanding CFO Technology practice. In a related move, the firm has named Mukesh Shah to lead the CFO Tech practice as it continues to grow in response to increasing client demand for expertise in the technology ecosystem that supports the finance function.

Accordion will now provide industry leading advisory and implementation solutions across Salesforce’s suite of tools, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Coupled with its Data & Analytics, ERP, and EPM offerings, Accordion will be positioned to help clients craft and implement custom Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Billing, and Revenue Recognition strategies while leveraging Agentforce to automate revenue cycles, sales operations, and FinOps reporting. Additionally, Accordion will offer comprehensive data migration, system integration, and managed services to ensure its clients’ systems remain continuously aligned with their business goals.
