Haynes has built a strong reputation as a revenue leader with a track record of scaling organizations and delivering results. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at P97 Networks, where he played a key role in its successful acquisition by PDI Technologies. Before that, he held the same role at Papaya, where he significantly boosted payment volume by 300% year-over-year and secured strategic enterprise partnerships.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Bala Janakiraman highlighted the importance of this moment for Onbe, noting that the company is experiencing accelerating demand for its solutions. Earlier in his career, Haynes was also a founding member of Blackhawk Network, where he helped grow the company from just six employees to over 4,000 worldwide, playing a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the branded payments category on a global scale.
