Needham Bank Promotes James Daley to EVP, C&I Banking

Needham Bank is proud to announce the promotion of James Daley to Executive Vice President, Director of Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Banking. In his new role, James will continue helping businesses of all sizes grow and thrive by providing smart, tailored financial solutions.

James joined Needham Bank in March 2020 with a big mission: to build the Structured Finance team from the ground up. Through his leadership, the team has grown its loan portfolio to over $800 million, with nearly $1 billion in commitments. More than the numbers, James has been a driving force in building meaningful relationships with businesses across the region, helping them access the resources they need to succeed.

Before joining Needham Bank, James held leadership roles at Customers Bank, Flagstar Bank, First Trade Union Bank, and Banco Santander (Sovereign Bank), managing multi-million-dollar commercial loan portfolios. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from George Washington University.
