Previously, MSPs relied on time-consuming manual workflows involving external systems and spreadsheets to generate invoices, often requiring custom tooling or coordination with finance teams. MSP Invoicing addresses this challenge by providing automated invoice generation with final, unchanging amounts directly within the same platform where costs are tracked and managed.

Now, with Vantage MSP Invoicing, customers can generate PDF invoices directly within Vantage, including detailed cost breakdowns and customer metadata such as IBAN, VAT, and business addresses. Invoices support multi-currency billing and can be reviewed, regenerated if needed, and automatically distributed to customer billing contacts. MSPs can also integrate these invoices into general ledger systems. Vantage also offers this functionality at a cheaper price than incumbents, with a modern, intuitive user experience.
