While the fund will focus mainly on pre-A and A rounds, VCUK remains open to supporting earlier-stage companies that have already demonstrated strong traction with customers or investors. The fund’s flexibility even allows participation in a limited number of secondary transactions, giving it room to back strong companies across multiple stages of growth.
