iPipeline Appoints Holly McGiboney to Lead Talent Strategy

Proven CHRO to lead insurtech’s talent acquisition and employee experience strategy to support iPipeline’s future growth plans

iPipeline has welcomed Holly McGiboney as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), a move that highlights the company’s commitment to putting people at the heart of its growth journey. Holly will lead efforts around talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building a workplace culture that empowers iPipeline’s 950+ employees to thrive as the insurtech continues to expand.

Joining iPipeline’s Executive Leadership Team, Holly will work closely with leaders across the business to align people strategies with company goals. Reporting directly to CEO Pat O’Donnell, she will focus on making sure employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

Holly brings nearly three decades of experience building and leading HR strategies in fast-growing organizations across financial services, fintech, SaaS, and payments. Most recently, she served as EVP of Human Resources at Ministry Brands, where she helped drive transformation and scale. Her career also includes key roles at Vesta, DEKRA, FLEETCOR (now Corpay), and Newport Group (now Ascensus). She holds a master’s in human resources from Rollins College and a bachelor’s in business management from Gettysburg College.
