Lori Beer is the Global CIO of JPMorgan Chase & Co and also a member of the company’s Operating Committee. Responsible for the firm’s technology systems and infrastructure worldwide, Beer manages a US$15bn budget and a team of over 57,000 technologists supporting JPMorgan Chase’s wholesale & asset, retail, and wealth management business. She also co-sponsors the firm’s Access Ability Business Resource Group.

Beer brings a wealth of experience to the role, joining JPMorgan Chase from Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), an organization where she was also CIO. Using her experience for positive effect, Beer is also a member of the Teach for America New York Advisory Board, a member of the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business Advisory Council, and a member of the University of Cincinnati Foundation Board of Trustees. Beer is among the most influential women in finance in the world today. 

 

Don Hobson (Visa)

Don Hobson, CIO of financial services provider Visa. As CIO, Hobson leads Visa’s Corporate Technology organization, including a global team that serves Visa’s employees and customers worldwide. Nicholas Prountzos is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at Viva Wallet, where he oversees all aspects of security for the company. Viva Wallet is the first European entirely cloud-based Neobank, using Microsoft Azure with a presence in 24 countries in Europe. Viva Wallet provides businesses –of all sizes– card acceptance services through the innovative Viva Terminal App, add-on Google Play devices, and advanced payment gateways in online stores. It also offers business accounts with local IBAN and a business Viva Wallet Mastercard card.


Prountzos has over a decade of experience in information security management, consulting, personnel coordination, project management, and policy development. Before joining Viva Wallet, he was the Information Security Systems Lead Engineer at Mellon Technologies and the Information Security Systems Engineer at Mellon Technologies. Prountzos is also a trainer in cryptography, information security products, and best practices. He holds a Master of Science in information networking from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Science in digital communication systems from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communications from Nottingham Trent University.

 

Tracy M. Kerrins  (Wells Fargo)

Tracy Kerrins is Head of Technology, Senior EVP, and a member of the Operating Committee at Wells Fargo. Leading a team of information technology and security professionals worldwide, Kerrins leads the bank’s engineering-led IT strategy to deliver the firm’s innovative services to its customers, building and maintaining Wells Fargo’s 24/7 banking service across branches, digital, ATM, and all other channels. Kerrins brings significant experience to Wells Fargo, coming from Consumer Technology and Enterprise Functions Technology, holding the position of CIO at both.

Des Gallacher (Morgan Stanley)

Beginning his career in the investment managing industry in 1999, Des Gallacher’s career has seen him take technology roles across fintech firms and asset managers. Hailing from Scotland, Gallacher has a BSc from Glasgow Caledonian University, which propelled him into a career in technology and information.

Joining Eaton Vance as CTO in 2014, Gallacher soon found this role transferred to Morgan Stanley after the financial giant acquired Eaton Vance in March 2021. Now CIO of Morgan Stanley, Gallacher is also a member of the firm’s Technology Operating Committee and holds the position of Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Investment Management. 

 

 Ravi Radhakrishnan (American Express)

Ravi Radhakrishnan is EVP and CIO of American Express, joining the company in 2022 after time spent at Wells Fargo. In his role, Radhakrishnan oversees Amex’s technology organization, supporting the organization’s drive for growth and enhanced innovation. Charged with leading the delivery and operations of technology capabilities, platforms, and services globally, Amex’s CIO also holds responsibility for managing technology risk and information security. Radhakrishnan is also a member of Amex’s Executive Committee and assumes the same role for American Express National Bank.

 Atticus Tysen (Intuit)

Atticus Tysen is responsible for information security, fraud prevention, and enterprise information technology. Before assuming this expanded role, Tysen served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for nearly ten years. Before that, Tysen was vice president of product development for Intuit’s Financial Management Solutions group, leading product development efforts for the company’s Small Business group. Since joining Intuit in 2002, he has also served as director of new technology and led the company’s patent program, building a process to protect the company’s intellectual property.

Previously, Tysen was vice president of engineering at Aveo, Inc., where he set overall technical direction and led teams to build and deliver proactive tech support and messaging systems for personal computer manufacturers such as Dell and Gateway. Before Aveo, he worked as a software engineering manager at OCTel and Apple Computer as a software engineer working on collaboration and digital signature projects.

Ramesh Lakshminarayanan (HDFC)

Lakshminarayanan has been assigned the responsibility of fortifying the company’s foundational technology, improving its digital capabilities, and leveraging the most recent advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning, in addition to establishing HDFC’s technology strategy.

In his previous position, Lakshminarayanan was the chief technology and information officer at Credit Rating Information Services of India Ltd. (CRISIL). He is a seasoned technology leader in the BFSI sector, having worked at major banking institutions including Citibank India, ABN AMRO Bank, Citigroup, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
