VeraScore Adds Two Executives to Strengthen Leadership Team

VeraScore, the AI-driven platform helping people and businesses better understand and manage financial health, has added two key leaders to its team. Jim O’Mara is joining as Chief Product and Technology Officer, while Christian Hammer will step in as part-time Chief Science Officer for AI and Machine Learning.

O’Mara will lead VeraScore’s product development and technology strategy as the company continues to grow. With more than 15 years of experience as a CTO and product executive in fintech, he’s known for building technology that not only pushes innovation forward but also delivers real results for businesses and their customers.

Hammer, who became part of VeraScore’s board through the acquisition of Vala AI, will guide the company’s AI and machine learning vision. While he also serves full-time as CEO of Ngentix, Hammer will help VeraScore weave Vala AI’s proprietary technology into its platform. The collaboration is expected to strengthen both VeraScore and Ngentix, driving practical AI solutions to everyday business challenges.
