Prior to Red Arts, Lauberth led corporate development at Congruity HR, a professional employer organization and an RFE portfolio company. He also served as a Senior Associate at Highline Management, where he focused on Business Services and Healthcare Services investments, and was a member of the investment banking team at Duff & Phelps, where he focused on the Consumer, Food and Beverage sector.
