MALS is known for its global credit and digital learning programs, while CSI is the leading certification provider for Canada’s financial services sector.

Fitch Learning provides specialized training through accredited certifications, enterprise programs and digital learning solutions used by leading global institutions. With the addition of MALS and CSI, the combined organization will now serve more than 92,000 professionals across 148 countries and support learners at every stage of their career.
CEO Andreas Karaiskos said the acquisition is designed to expand growth opportunities for institutions and individuals, combining expertise and advanced learning technologies to help finance professionals build new skills for rapidly changing markets.

Following the merger, Fitch Learning will offer an expanded suite of programs across commercial and retail banking, credit risk, wealth and investment management, corporate and investment banking, data analytics, AI and specialized financial skills.
The CSI brand and its recognized certifications will continue, while the MALS brand will be retired and integrated into the Fitch Learning portfolio.

Karaiskos said the acquisition marks a major milestone in building a global talent development platform focused on real-world impact.
