As part of a major business digital transformation, Convergint sought a solution that would address specific business requirements to digitally transform its procurement processes to manage both indirect and direct spend, with a focus on direct spend. With its comprehensive Direct Materials sourcing capabilities, Ivalua’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform emerged as the ideal choice. Furthermore, Ivalua’s flexibility, user-friendly interface, and ability to integrate with several other critical business systems that are being implemented simultaneously played a key role during the evaluation phase.

By adopting Ivalua’s solution, Convergint aims to achieve greater visibility into its procurement activities, improve order fulfilment, and accelerate service delivery by eliminating manual steps.
In particular, the integration of Ivalua’s S2P platform with its Customer Pricing Quote tool enables Convergint to seamlessly update supplier products and pricing from Ivalua catalogs directly into the pricing tool, fast-tracking the procurement process.
