Circle Asia Technologies Founder and CEO Arnab Ghosh emphasized that the partnership represents a new era of financial design in Vietnam. He noted that Circle’s technology-driven approach will allow the company to build deeper customer relationships compared to traditional banks or debit-first neobanks. The collaboration with Visa and Pismo, he said, helps bring modern, secure, and convenient financial tools directly to consumers.

Visa echoed this vision, stating that innovations like AI-powered credit experiences are key to expanding financial access in emerging markets. Julie Hsiao, Head of Value-Added Services for Southeast Asia at Visa, noted that the partnership is helping to shape Vietnam’s digital transformation by delivering secure, seamless, and user-centered payment solutions.
As a cloud-native, API-driven platform, Pismo continues to operate independently within Visa’s ecosystem, supporting multiple card networks. Its integration with Visa’s infrastructure is accelerating the modernization of core banking and payment capabilities, enabling fintechs and financial institutions to build scalable, future-ready digital services.
