As part of the collaboration, Luma’s structured note technology will power key capabilities within InspereX’s newly launched Aria platform an all-in-one environment that brings together fixed income, structured investments, and alternatives for RIAs. With Luma integrated directly into Aria, advisors gain streamlined access to diversified structured products, improved analytics, and complete lifecycle management all designed to help them deliver stronger results with greater efficiency.
Jeff Schwantz, Chief Growth Officer at Luma, noted that RIAs today are managing more complexity than ever. The goal, he said, is to provide technology that simplifies decision-making and improves the advisor-client experience. By embedding Luma’s capabilities into Aria, RIAs can more confidently evaluate, implement, and monitor structured notes within their portfolios.

Luma’s platform supports every step of the structured note process, offering issuer comparisons, product design tools, transparent analytics, and post-trade monitoring in one centralized, issuer-neutral environment. This gives advisors the clarity and control needed to deliver outcome-based strategies with confidence.
In addition, Luma will now offer InspereX-distributed structured notes directly on its platform. With this integration, RIAs using Aria gain efficient access to InspereX’s lineup of products through Luma, enhancing choice while reducing operational friction.
