Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange, and Mantle, the high-performance on-chain distribution and liquidity layer for real-world assets, have entered into a major new partnership—guided by TokenLogic and in collaboration with Aave—to bring scalable, institutional-grade DeFi to users around the globe.
At the core of this partnership is Aave’s upcoming launch on Mantle Network, a fast, low-cost Layer-2 designed for large-scale financial applications. This deployment will allow users to tap into Aave’s trusted decentralized lending markets with far lower transaction fees, higher throughput, and native access to Mantle’s fast-growing ecosystems across RWAs, stablecoins, restaking assets, and DeFi protocols. For users, it opens the door to supplying, borrowing, and interacting with tokenized assets on an infrastructure built for real-world institutional adoption.

The collaboration also strengthens the relationship between Mantle and Bybit, merging protocol-level innovation with exchange-level reach. As Bybit steps into the role of Global Liquidity Bridge, liquidity will be able to move more seamlessly between centralized and decentralized systems. Future offerings—pending regulatory approval—may include asset listings, on-chain earn products, and additional liquidity-connected services, creating deeper pathways between Bybit’s 70+ million global users and Mantle’s on-chain markets.
Aave’s arrival on Mantle represents a crucial step toward improving capital efficiency across DeFi. Mantle’s Layer-2 infrastructure reduces the friction of traditional DeFi participation, while Bybit’s global exchange network offers a secure entry point into these on-chain liquidity markets. Together, they create a unified financial experience where collateral, liquidity, and market access can flow smoothly across centralized platforms and decentralized protocols.

To support early adoption, Mantle will introduce MNT-based yield incentives within Aave pools, helping boost participation, strengthen liquidity, and encourage an active lending and borrowing environment as the ecosystem scales.
Leaders across the partnership expressed a shared vision for the future. Mantle advisor Emily Bao highlighted the importance of creating a global, scalable on-chain system that seamlessly incorporates CEX and DeFi liquidity. Aave’s founder Stani Kulechov emphasized that bringing Aave to Mantle gives institutions and individuals alike access to transparent, always-on markets powered by high-performance infrastructure. TokenLogic CEO Matthew Graham noted that the deployment marks a key milestone in making DeFi more efficient and available to broader audiences.
