Hunter Point Capital Appoints Michael Nash as Senior Partner

Hunter Point Capital (“HPC”), an independent investment firm providing capital solutions and strategic support to alternative asset managers, today announced Michael Nash has joined the firm as a Senior Partner.

In this newly created advisory role, Mr. Nash will support HPC’s origination efforts and GP growth initiatives, while also providing strategic counsel to HPC’s portfolio GPs’ leadership teams. His decades of experience creating and scaling investment platforms seeks to enhance HPC’s ability to deliver value-added solutions to its GP partners.

Mr. Nash co-founded Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) in 2007 and served as its chairman from 2016 to 2024. He also chaired Blackstone’s GP Stakes business from 2021 to 2023, served on the firm’s real estate investment committees, and chaired BXMT, a New York Stock Exchange listed mortgage REIT. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Nash led Merrill Lynch’s Real Estate Principal Investment Group – Americas.
