i-payout Appoints Jay Nadarajah as CFO to Drive Growth

Seasoned payments leader to align pricing, treasury, and compliance as instant and cross-border volumes grow.

i-payout, a global leader in real-time payouts and disbursement infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Jay Nadarajah as its new Chief Financial Officer. With more than two decades of experience across fintech and merchant acquiring, Nadarajah will lead the company’s finance, risk, and capital strategy as i-payout scales its instant and cross-border payout capabilities and expands into new markets.

The announcement comes at a time of rapid growth for i-payout. This year alone, the company has processed billions in payouts and millions of transactions across more than 180 countries. Its offering spans local payout methods, white-label wallet experiences, robust APIs, and always-on multilingual support. With that growth, however, comes a greater need for precision in areas like FX management, treasury operations, and audit-ready reporting especially as enterprises move larger volumes onto real-time rails.

Nadarajah’s mandate is clear: tighten the operating rhythm between product, risk, and finance, and ensure every decision is backed by data and discipline. By turning product telemetry into faster, decision-grade reporting, he aims to give customers and partners clearer service-level expectations. He will also refine unit economics—tuning volume mix, rail routing, FX spreads, and transaction-monitoring controls—while optimizing liquidity and settlement cycles across global flows. On the growth front, Nadarajah will spearhead planning for new geographies and payout methods, while strengthening vendor management and bank and network relationships.

“Jay’s appointment reflects our commitment to building a financial structure that scales with our ambition,” said Eddie Gonzalez, CEO of i-payout. “He brings operating discipline and an enterprise-grade view of risk, exactly what our customers expect as they move more volume to instant rails.”

For Nadarajah, the opportunity is both operational and strategic. “i-payout’s value is simple: flexible, compliant, and truly global payouts with a branded recipient experience,” he said. “My focus is to reinforce that promise—tightening controls, sharpening economics, and delivering faster insight so every payout is not only faster and more transparent, but also preserves trust and rigor.”

Before joining i-payout, Nadarajah held senior leadership roles at Moneris Solutions, Bank of America Merchant Services, and North American Bancard, where he built and led risk and finance programs for large merchant portfolios. Most recently, he served as CFO and Chief Revenue Officer at Impact Theory, overseeing finance and revenue operations in emerging sectors such as blockchain and Web3.

With Nadarajah’s appointment, i-payout is reinforcing its commitment to scaling responsibly while maintaining the flexibility, compliance, and reliability that global enterprises demand.
