The fifty companies honored on the list this year include a variety of businesses in the financial services industry, including those involved in banking and mortgages, insurance, payments, and financial advising. The Best Places to Work in Financial Technology according to Arizent were determined using a two-part poll process that included businesses from all over the country. Each candidate’s workplace policies, procedures, philosophies, systems, and demographics were assessed in the first section. An employee survey was a component of the second section, which measured the employee experience. The top firms and the final ranking were determined by the total points. The Best Companies Group oversaw the entire registration and survey procedure, and they also examined the data and came to their final rankings.
