One View lets card and non-card payments be monitored together through a single smart interface
Thredd, a leading next-generation global payments processor, has unveiled One View, a first-to-market fraud solution developed in collaboration with Featurespace, a Visa solution and global leader in financial crime detection. The platform allows both card and non-card payments to be monitored through a single, network-agnostic interface and rules engine, providing a comprehensive view of transactions and boosting fraud detection.
For the first time, FinTechs, banks, and other payment organizations can streamline processes and fully leverage payment data to detect fraud more effectively, enhancing the safety of transactions worldwide. One View integrates data from card payments, account-to-account (A2A), and person-to-person (P2P) transfers into a single interface, giving fraud teams a 360° view of customer behavior while reducing workload and improving efficiency.

The solution eliminates the need for fraud analysts to navigate separate systems for cards and non-card payments. Instead, teams can access a unified interface with consistent workflows, streamlining investigations, reducing toggling between platforms, and cutting resolution times. This ultimately leads to stronger coverage with less strain on internal resources.

“For the first time, FinTechs, banks, and other organizations can fully utilize payment data to boost fraud detection and make the world safer to transact,” said Jason Blackhurst, Global Head of Featurespace and Acceptance Risk Solutions at Visa. “Clients also benefit from Thredd’s expertise in integrating and optimizing the solution.”
Anthony Gudgeon, Head of Fraud Operations at Thredd, added, “Now fraud teams can spot unusual behavior patterns that might not be flagged in isolated systems. Self-resolving alerts can be sent directly to customers, letting them approve or decline transactions themselves. This reduces customer service workloads and eliminates the need for 24/7 manual monitoring.”
The API-first, plug-and-play solution allows clients to go live quickly and see immediate benefits without upfront training. One View can replace legacy fraud systems or complement them as an augmentation layer across cards and payments, balancing detection with customer experience, minimizing false positives, and improving overall detection rates.
