Steward Partners Appoints Keith Taylor as Board Chairman

Steward Partners has announced that Keith Taylor has been appointed Chairman of the Board, effective at the end of the year. Taylor, a long-standing board member and Managing Director at The Cynosure Group, will succeed Michael McMahon, who is stepping down from his formal role after years of dedicated service.

McMahon, the founder of Pine Brook Partners, is widely respected across the financial services industry. With nearly four decades of experience spanning private equity, energy, and financial services, he has served on numerous public-company boards. While retiring as Chairman, McMahon will continue to support Steward Partners in an honorary capacity, ensuring continuity and thoughtful guidance during the leadership transition.
