Sirvoy Launches Free Booking Platform for Solo Hosts

Sirvoy has introduced Sirvoy Free, a forever-free plan designed specifically for solo hosts and single-unit accommodation owners, including small vacation rentals, studio apartments, guesthouse rooms, and one-room B&Bs. The new offering aims to give independent hosts an easy, cost-free way to manage direct bookings without relying heavily on online travel agencies.

As OTA fees continue to rise and control over guest relationships becomes more limited, many small hosts are seeking alternatives that allow them to stay independent. Sirvoy Free addresses this need by providing essential tools such as a booking website with a built-in booking engine, secure online payments, automated guest communication, and a guided guest portal. Together, these features help hosts stay organized and manage their properties with greater confidence.

Sirvoy’s roots are closely tied to the challenges faced by small accommodation owners. The platform was originally created to support a single small property in Sweden and has since grown into a global solution used by thousands of hospitality businesses. That origin story played a key role in shaping Sirvoy Free.

“Sirvoy started with one small property, so we understand what solo hosts are dealing with,” said Mats Persson, CEO and co-founder of Sirvoy. “Sirvoy Free is our way of giving today’s solo hosts the same fair start my mother had when she first used our system.”

The Sirvoy Free plan will initially be available to the first 500 eligible hosts and is free forever for single-unit properties. It includes a ready-made website builder, direct booking functionality, Stripe-powered secure payments, automatic guest emails, a simple self check-in guest portal, and centralized reservation management. Features such as invoicing, SMS, multiple users, channel management, and multi-unit support are not included, but hosts can upgrade at any time as their business grows.
