Sagent, a leading mortgage servicing fintech software company, has announced that Land Home Financial Services, Inc. will deploy Dara by Sagent, the industry’s first end-to-end, real-time mortgage servicing platform. The move marks a significant milestone for both companies and signals Land Home’s next phase of growth in modern mortgage servicing.

Land Home, a community-focused mortgage lender serving Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs) nationwide, supports a broad range of mission-driven lending programs. As its servicing portfolio has grown in complexity, the company recognised the need for a unified, modern infrastructure that could support performing and non-performing loans while maintaining its relationship-driven, consumer-first philosophy.

With Dara, Land Home plans to transform its servicing ecosystem by consolidating core operations, consumer engagement, and default management into a single cloud-native platform. The system’s real-time data capabilities and open API connectivity will allow Land Home to streamline workflows, increase operational transparency, and improve outcomes for homeowners, investors, and internal servicing teams alike.

According to Sagent CEO Chris Marshall, the deployment reflects Land Home’s need to manage specialty servicing at scale, including reperformance strategies, without sacrificing the personalised service that defines its brand. “This transition supports complex servicing environments while preserving a relationship-centric model,” he noted.

The full Dara suite will be implemented, including Dara Core, Dara Consumer, Dara Default, Dara Analytics, Dara Claims, Dara Invoice, and AI Docs. Together, these tools are designed to unify servicing functions across the entire mortgage lifecycle while enabling no-touch and low-touch efficiencies through automation and AI-driven workflows.

Chris Wittrig, Senior Vice President and CIO at Land Home, emphasised that the decision aligns with the company’s long-standing community lending model. He explained that Dara provides a cohesive platform capable of supporting Housing Finance Agencies, government-sponsored enterprises, financial institutions, and specialty servicing clients all while enhancing transparency and improving the homeowner experience.

Land Home has partnered with Sagent for the past five years, and the transition to Dara represents an evolution of that relationship. By consolidating its servicing operations within a single real-time ecosystem, Land Home is positioning itself as a forward-looking leader in specialty mortgage servicing, equipped to handle complexity without compromising customer care.
