Portage Point Partners is welcoming Adam Pollak as its new Head of Advisory, marking an important step as the firm continues to grow its middle-market platform. Pollak will also join the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
In his new role, Adam will help bring Portage Point’s advisory teams even closer together. He’ll oversee areas like transaction advisory, valuations, CFO services, and performance improvement, while also leading technology initiatives across the firm. The goal is simple: make it easier for clients to move faster, gain clearer insights, and create real value from every engagement.

Before joining Portage Point, Pollak spent several years at KPMG Strategy, where he led global and U.S. transformation initiatives focused on improving performance and driving EBITDA growth across the full M&A lifecycle. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director at AlixPartners, where he helped build and expand the firm’s technology and transformation services.
