PKF Investment Banking Promotes Alberto Sinesi

PKF Investment Banking, an affiliate and subsidiary of PKF O’Connor Davies Advisory LLC, has promoted Alberto Sinesi to Partner, recognizing his leadership and significant contributions to the firm’s continued expansion in the middle market.

Sinesi brings more than 15 years of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions and corporate development. Over the course of his career, he has advised both public and private clients on domestic and cross-border buy-side and sell-side transactions. His sector experience spans business services, industrials, manufacturing, consumer products, e-commerce, food and beverage and retail across North America and Europe. In addition to transaction advisory work, he has provided valuation and transaction opinion services to global asset managers, including private equity firms, private credit funds, investment banks, hedge funds and business development companies.

The promotion comes as PKF Investment Banking continues to scale its M&A advisory platform. As part of its broader growth strategy, the firm is expanding its team to support middle-market, family-owned and founder-led businesses with revenues ranging from $15 million to $350 million.

The firm is actively recruiting for Managing Director, Vice President and Analyst/Associate roles. The Managing Director position is designed for senior investment bankers with more than 15 years of middle-market M&A experience, a strong track record in transaction origination and execution and an established professional network. The role requires Series 63, 79 and 24 licenses and is available in the New York Tri-State area, Boston and Southeast Florida.

The Vice President role will focus on pitching and executing middle-market sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across industries. Candidates should have at least six years of advisory experience serving privately owned companies, strong financial modeling capabilities and Series 63 and 79 licenses. This position is based in the New York Tri-State area.

The Analyst/Associate role supports deal execution, financial modeling, industry research and due diligence while offering opportunities to build core investment banking expertise. Candidates should have at least two years of investment banking experience, Series 63 and 79 licenses and strong analytical skills. This role is also based in the New York Tri-State area.
