The appointments are part of Perigon’s long-term strategy to build a scalable and structured system that supports measurable organic growth across its advisory platform. Over the past several years, the firm has experienced significant growth through mergers and acquisitions. As a result, Perigon is now focusing on building a strong internal growth engine that will complement its acquisition strategy and support its expanding advisor network.
Arthur Ambarik, CEO of Perigon, explained that the firm has identified the development of a fully controlled organic growth platform as a strategic priority. According to Ambarik, the firm is building infrastructure that provides complete visibility across the client journey from prospect generation to revenue growth. The initiative is designed to improve accountability while equipping advisors with scalable tools that align with the specific needs of their client segments. He added that both Seif and Samuels bring valuable expertise that will help accelerate and professionalize these efforts.
Perigon’s organic growth strategy focuses on integrating digital strategy, marketing, business development, and AI-driven insights into a unified system. By bringing these elements together, the firm aims to create a flexible growth engine that can adapt to changing client behaviors and evolving advisor specialties. Owning its technology and growth infrastructure also allows the firm to invest in growth initiatives based on measurable performance while delivering personalized support to advisors across its platform.

Jon Seif will play a key role in leading Perigon’s data, artificial intelligence, and technology implementation. Reporting directly to the CEO, he will focus on building the digital infrastructure required to support scalable and data-driven growth. With nearly two decades of experience in financial services as both an advisor and technology leader, Seif has deep insight into the operational and growth challenges faced by advisory firms. Throughout his career, he has developed systems that help advisors simplify operations and expand their businesses more efficiently. Prior to joining Perigon, he held leadership roles at companies such as Betterment, Envestnet/Yodlee, and Catchlight, a platform incubated within Fidelity Labs.
Luke Samuels joins the firm as Senior Director of Business Development and will work closely with Seif to strengthen Perigon’s organic growth initiatives. His role will focus on connecting the firm’s digital marketing strategy with operational execution by developing programs that generate and convert leads. Samuels brings extensive marketing leadership experience from previous roles at Wealth Enhancement Group, Empower, and Personal Capital, where he worked on initiatives designed to drive client engagement and business growth.

According to Mignosi, the company’s goal is not simply to generate more leads but to ensure that the right clients are connected with the right advisors.
