Instant Financial, the fintech company transforming how payments work for hourly employees and their employers, has been selected by Munson as its exclusive provider for digital tips and paycards. Munson, which manages 33 Sonic Drive-In and Buffalo Wild Wings locations with more than 1,200 employees, made the switch through its payroll and HR partner AllianceHCM to move away from a fragmented system that relied on multiple vendors, cash-handling risks, and delayed disbursements.
