In this role, Davidovici will lead LPL’s corporate strategy efforts, working closely with teams across the organization to shape strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and support the firm’s long-term vision.

Davidovici brings more than two decades of experience guiding transformation across the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as a principal and general partner at Edward Jones, where he led client and branch experience initiatives and helped implement an experience-first operating model designed to deepen advisor and client engagement.

Earlier in his career, Davidovici held senior leadership roles at Salesforce, where he launched and scaled the company’s global wealth and asset management offering, and at Deloitte Consulting, leading large-scale transformation programs for financial institutions worldwide. He also co-founded Citadel Trust Advisors, helping build a growth-focused wealth and trust administration business.
