Kiyomi AI was created by Jacob Koenig, former Head of Taiwan Execution Services at Goldman Sachs. The platform is rooted in deep institutional trading expertise and market-structure insight, combining domain knowledge with advanced AI to help identify meaningful trading patterns and performance drivers that are often hidden within complex portfolios.

Koenig described the partnership as a natural evolution for the technology. He explained that “Kiyomi,” which translates to “Pure Sight” in Japanese, reflects the platform’s purpose cutting through market noise to reveal what is truly impacting a portfolio and why. He added that Hurricane Capital’s technology stack is far ahead of the industry, making Kiyomi a powerful example of what happens when deep trading experience meets cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

Following the acquisition, Kiyomi AI will be embedded at the core of Transient.AI, powered by its proprietary Declarative AI framework. This integration is designed to establish a new benchmark for execution intelligence, delivering institutional-grade governance, security, and data control while supporting scalable orchestration of AI models across workflows.

Kiyomi AI will also be introduced as part of the Transient.AI SaaS offering, adding a dedicated intelligence layer that supports indicative, AI-driven trading capabilities. This enhancement further strengthens the Transient AI platform, making it more valuable for fund managers of all sizes and across a wide range of asset classes.
