If elected by BRR shareholders, Dr. Jackson will serve alongside Anthony Pompliano, CEO of ProCap BTC, Gary Quin, and other board members, helping to ensure that retail investors are actively represented in the company’s decision-making.

Dr. Jackson brings a wealth of experience to the role. He is the founder and president of EMJ Capital Ltd, managing a technology-focused hedge fund, and has previously led shareholder activist campaigns at SpringOwl Event Driven Partners. He also founded Ironfire Capital LLC in 2008 and has held executive positions at Jackson Leadership Systems Inc. and VoiceGenie Technologies Inc. He holds a Ph.D. and master’s degree in Strategy from Columbia Business School, as well as a B.A. in English from McGill University.
Dr. Jackson’s appointment will take effect upon the completion of the Business Combination.
