Bruce held a range of senior positions at Osaic (formerly Advisor Group), including as Senior Vice President overseeing Regional Wealth Management Consulting, Product Sales, Marketing, Education, and Investment Advisory Services. During his tenure, he led strategic initiatives that helped shape one of the nation’s largest networks of financial professionals—successfully guiding large-scale recruiting, acquisitions, platform launches, and advisor education programs.

We are thrilled to welcome Bruce to IFG,” said David Fischer, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer. His depth of experience and independent industry insight will be instrumental in helping high-performing advisors find a home at IFG where authentic independence, high-quality service, and unwavering integrity remain at the core of everything we do.”

In his new role, Bruce will execute IFG’s full cycle recruiting strategy. His responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective advisors, building long-term relationships, and guiding them through a seamless transition to the firm. Bruce shared, “I wanted to align with a firm that still values true independence and I found that at IFG. Because IFG isn’t controlled by private equity, the firm lets advisors do what’s best for their clients, not what’s best for us. I was especially impressed that IFG still supports brokerage accounts, understanding that not every client needs a fee-based solution in every circumstance. The IFG platform offers low minimums, robust support for annuities, insurance, and alternatives, and it welcomes all.a block
