Macquarie Asset Management has announced a major expansion of its Wealth business with the addition of three seasoned industry leaders Crista Demasi, Debra Probst, and Danielle Hickey. The appointments highlight Macquarie’s commitment to delivering alternative investment solutions to wealth advisors and their clients. The firm also revealed a new partnership with iCapital to offer access to private infrastructure investments, previously available only to institutional investors.

Crista Demasi joins as Head of the U.S. Strategic Relationships Group, where she will lead client engagement around Macquarie’s private infrastructure and energy offerings across both equity and debt. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, including her most recent role as Head of Strategic Accounts at Invesco, Crista brings deep expertise in building strong institutional partnerships.
Debra Probst takes on the role of Global Head of Wealth Channel Marketing. She will oversee integrated marketing strategies to strengthen Macquarie’s presence across global wealth channels. Debra joins after a distinguished 30-year career at PGIM Investments, where she served as Global Head of Client Marketing, leading strategic communications and product marketing initiatives.
Meanwhile, Danielle Hickey steps in as Director of Platform Development for Private Markets Solutions. She will expand Macquarie’s fintech and digital distribution partnerships, helping integrate private markets access across advisor platforms. Previously at Nuveen, Danielle played a key role in private market marketing and syndication across broker-dealers, banks, and fintech firms.
