As part of the initiative, Truth Social Funds is partnering with Crypto.com, which is expected to provide digital asset custody, liquidity, and staking services for the ETFs, pending regulatory approval. Investors will also be able to access these ETFs through Crypto.com’s affiliated broker-dealer, Foris Capital US LLC. This partnership aims to ensure secure asset management while offering efficient trading access to investors interested in crypto-based investment products.

The Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF is intended to track the performance of CRO, the native cryptocurrency of the Cronos blockchain ecosystem, while also generating additional returns through staking rewards. Meanwhile, the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF is designed to reflect the combined performance of Bitcoin and Ether, two of the world’s largest cryptocurrencies, along with staking rewards generated from Ether holdings. Both ETFs are structured to offer investors opportunities for both capital appreciation and income generation through staking mechanisms.

The funds will be managed by Yorkville America Equities, LLC, which will serve as the investment advisor. Each ETF is expected to carry a management fee of 0.95%, positioning them competitively within the growing digital asset ETF market.

Steve Neamtz, President of Yorkville America Equities, expressed optimism about the launch, stating that the firm is excited to introduce its first digital asset investment products under the Truth Social ETF brand. He noted that the partnership with Crypto.com will help provide investors with diversified exposure to crypto markets while supporting both growth and income opportunities.

Kris Marszalek, Co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com, also welcomed the collaboration, emphasizing that Crypto.com is pleased to support Truth Social Funds by providing custody, liquidity, and staking services. He added that the new ETFs present a strong value proposition and will expand access to digital asset investment opportunities for traders and investors.

The registration statement is currently under review by the SEC and has not yet become effective. Until regulatory approval is granted, the securities cannot be sold or offered to investors. Once approved, the ETFs are expected to expand Truth Social Funds’ presence in the digital asset investment market and provide new options for investors seeking regulated crypto exposure.
