Second Front Systems (2F), a public-benefit software company focused on facilitating the delivery of mission-critical software solutions, announced the appointment of Kathy Arcano as Chief Financial Officer. Arcano brings over two decades of financial leadership experience scaling high-growth SaaS and venture-backed organizations.

Arcano joins Second Front following executive finance roles at multiple technology firms, most recently as Vice President of Finance at Flock Safety. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in supporting rapid company expansion and multiple funding rounds. Her experience spans FP&A, procurement, and strategic finance, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
