Pepper Advantage, the global credit management and technology company, has officially launched PRISM, its proprietary end-to-end credit management platform designed to unify portfolio loan data, analytics, workflow, and servicing in one integrated solution. Built in-house, PRISM gives lenders, managers and investors a single interface to optimise portfolio performance while improving outcomes for borrowers.

The platform combines a fully integrated mortgage servicing engine with advanced analytics, automated workflows, and real-time visualisation tools. It aims to give users earlier insight into emerging risks, reduce manual processes, enhance operational efficiency, and meet increasingly complex regulatory reporting requirements. PRISM also replaces fragmented legacy systems with a modern digital interface that delivers a more intuitive experience for customers and financial institutions.

Demand for PRISM has quickly accelerated. Pepper Advantage has already migrated more than a dozen portfolios with over £1.5 billion in assets under management, including nearly £400 million in its largest migration to date. More than 17,000 loans are currently managed on PRISM across the UK and Spain for more than a dozen clients—including eight major banks.

Those figures continue to climb as PRISM becomes more deeply integrated across banking infrastructure, allowing data to be migrated daily from multiple institutions. Its underlying data architecture automatically cleans and consolidates portfolio information for end investors and enables the securitisation of loans from multiple originators an important innovation in a sector still dependent on outdated systems.

Fraser Gemmell, Group CEO of Pepper Advantage, said demand has already surpassed expectations. He noted that PRISM is delivering the kind of seamless, technology-driven experience customers now expect while improving borrower outcomes and creating new opportunities for lenders.

The platform sits at the centre of Pepper Advantage’s broader technology investment strategy. It currently supports a wide range of asset classes such as residential mortgages, equity release and unsecured lending, with buy-to-let, second-charge mortgages and additional products due to launch in 2026. PRISM can also be customised and white-labelled to integrate into existing or newly built credit systems.
