Mower brings over 14 years of experience in institutional real estate finance specializing in life company, agency loan originations, and structured bridge and construction loans. He has a proven track record in sourcing, underwriting, and asset managing large-scale debt investments, making him an ideal addition to Liberty’s expanding platform. Prior to joining Liberty, Mower held senior positions at Buchanan Street Partners, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, and Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he played key roles in originating, structuring, capitalizing and asset managing commercial real estate debt investments.

Most recently, at Buchanan Street Partners, Mower was integral in growing the total debt portfolio AUM four-fold during his tenure, originating over $300 million in loans and asset managing a portfolio of structured bridge, construction and land loans. His work focused on leveraging deep institutional relationships to secure capital for complex real estate transactions, providing valuable financing solutions to borrowers and investors alike.
