GTreasury, a Ripple solution, has announced the acquisition of Solvexia, strengthening its platform with advanced no-code automation for reconciliation, data management, and regulatory reporting. The move directly addresses one of the most persistent pain points for finance teams: manual, spreadsheet-based processes that increase operational risk, slow reporting, and heighten audit exposure.

By bringing Solvexia into its ecosystem, GTreasury expands beyond traditional treasury management to deliver a more unified approach across treasury, finance, and compliance operations. The combined platform connects GTreasury’s treasury management and digital asset infrastructure with Solvexia’s automation capabilities, enabling organizations to improve accuracy, reduce risk, and keep pace with rising regulatory demands across jurisdictions.

Renaat Ver Eecke, CEO of GTreasury, said the acquisition removes long-standing boundaries between treasury management, reconciliation, and compliance reporting. He emphasized that organizations should no longer depend on manual workflows that introduce fraud risk and disclosure weaknesses when automation can deliver transparency, near-perfect accuracy, and stronger governance across the finance function.

The integrated platform enables finance teams to automate reconciliation across banks, payment gateways, ERPs, and internal systems, covering both fiat and digital asset transactions. This unified visibility helps identify irregular fund flows, detect revenue leakage, and verify intercompany settlements, while embedded governance and approval controls reduce the risks commonly associated with spreadsheet-driven workflows. Regulatory reporting is also significantly accelerated, turning complex, multi-jurisdictional submissions from a weeks-long process into one that can be completed in hours, all while maintaining audit-ready documentation and traceability.

According to Adem Turgut, CEO of Solvexia, finance teams today must manage traditional banking relationships alongside emerging digital assets under increasing regulatory scrutiny. He noted that combining Solvexia’s automation with GTreasury’s infrastructure creates a platform designed not just for today’s compliance challenges, but for the future of finance, with the governance and audit controls needed to mitigate regulatory risk.
