Starting December 1, 2025, Takis Georgakopoulos and Dhivya Suryadevara will take on the roles of Co-Presidents. Takis will continue leading Merchant Solutions and Technology, while Dhivya, who previously led Optum Financial Services, will head Financial Solutions, Sales, and Operations.

Adding to the momentum, Paul Todd, formerly CFO at Global Payments, will join as Fiserv’s new Chief Financial Officer on October 31, 2025. Lyons said, “Paul brings years of experience and a proven record of disciplined financial leadership. His insight will be invaluable as we move forward.”
The board is also getting fresh perspectives with the addition of Gordon Nixon (Independent Chairman), Céline Dufétel, and Gary Shedlin, who will officially join on January 1, 2026. Lyons emphasized, “This blend of experienced leaders and new voices will help guide Fiserv toward sustainable growth and innovation.”
