Unlike traditional fund structures, this issuance introduces an innovative note-based model where a trusted institution oversees the registration of RWA asset ownership. Investors can subscribe using stablecoins, benefiting from lower costs, native on-chain token ownership, and a streamlined, compliant operational process. The result is a more efficient and user-friendly RWA experience that sets new standards for the market.

CTI Capital, one of the first Chinese state-owned financial institutions to take on such a role in RWA issuance, bridges on-chain and off-chain asset data, improving transparency and verification of ownership. This collaboration not only stabilizes the underlying assets and reduces issuance costs but also provides a model for future RWA verification, offering a smoother operational framework and enhanced experience for investors.
