Bringing more than three decades of experience in information technology leadership, Gonzales joins WSFS Bank with a strong background in managing complex technological transformations. Before joining WSFS, Gonzales served as Chief Technology Officer at Cenlar Federal Savings Bank. During his tenure there, he led a multi-year strategic technology roadmap that focused on modernizing key systems and strengthening the institution’s digital infrastructure. His work included overseeing the migration of data centers to cloud environments, upgrading telephony systems, and implementing a comprehensive data maturity program designed to improve data management and analytics capabilities across the organization.
