iPipeline is entering a new phase of growth with the appointment of two seasoned leaders to its executive team. The company has named Loren Brockhouse as Chief Revenue Officer and Mike James as Executive Vice President of Professional Services, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth. As Chief Revenue Officer, Loren Brockhouse will lead iPipeline’s North American go-to-market strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, revenue operations, and customer experience functions, including support and customer success. His role will be pivotal in driving scalable revenue growth while ensuring that carriers, distributors, agents, advisors, and consumers experience seamless digital engagement. Brockhouse brings a strong background in revenue leadership across legal-tech and fintech organizations, including BigHand, Vanco, and Businessolver. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams and streamlined complex sales structures to unlock sustainable business expansion. His approach centers on customer-focused, technology-driven value creation, aligning closely with iPipeline’s digital-first strategy.

CEO Pat O’Donnell emphasized that Brockhouse’s people-first leadership style and deep expertise in building revenue systems and operating models will be instrumental as iPipeline scales amid rapid technological transformation and AI-driven innovation. With increasing pressure on financial institutions to modernize, Brockhouse’s leadership is expected to strengthen iPipeline’s ability to support clients navigating digital disruption.

At the same time, iPipeline has appointed Mike James as Executive Vice President of Professional Services, tasking him with advancing the company’s global services transformation. James will focus on refining operational excellence, building scalable delivery models, and driving long-term value creation for clients. With nearly three decades of executive experience in consulting, software implementation, and managed services, James has led major organizational transformations at companies including WellSky, Hyland, Lexmark, and Amdocs. His track record includes improving revenue growth, enhancing margins, and optimizing operational efficiency capabilities that align closely with iPipeline’s ambitions for sustainable growth.

O’Donnell noted that James’ experience in transforming professional services organizations will be critical as iPipeline continues evolving its delivery models to meet modern market demands. By strengthening its services framework, the company aims to improve customer outcomes while enhancing financial performance and operational scalability.

Further reinforcing its leadership bench, iPipeline has appointed Alex Tompkins as Vice President of Product Management, where he will oversee the company’s Life and Wealth value streams. In the UK, Ben Grant will lead go-to-market functions, including sales, marketing, and customer success, supporting the company’s international growth strategy.
