Through this partnership, Medius will launch a new cashback rewards program that allows companies to earn up to 0.5% cashback on all corporate card transactions. The rebates will be credited directly to customer invoices on a monthly basis, providing organizations with immediate cost savings and helping finance teams manage budgets more effectively. The program is scheduled to launch in the European Union and United Kingdom in the first quarter of 2026, with plans to expand into the United States later in the year.

The corporate expense cards will be fully integrated with Expensya by Medius, allowing businesses to benefit from automated expense tracking and streamlined financial management. The cards will be available in native European currencies, eliminating foreign exchange fees for transactions conducted within supported regions. In addition, the cards will support digital wallet integration with Apple Pay and Google Wallet, while also offering physical cards for flexibility and convenience.

Security and compliance are central to the new solution, which includes AI-powered fraud detection to help protect businesses from financial risks. The platform also offers a transparent and cost-effective structure with no SaaS fees, enabling organizations to manage expenses more efficiently while maintaining full visibility and control over spending activities. These capabilities are designed to support finance leaders in improving compliance, optimizing budgets, and encouraging responsible corporate spending.

Ekaterina Dzhalchinova, Vice President of Payments at Medius, said the partnership addresses the growing pressure on finance teams to improve efficiency while controlling costs. She emphasized that the new corporate card solution not only helps businesses manage expenses but also provides direct financial benefits through cashback rewards. Alexa von Bismark, Head of EMEA at Adyen, added that the partnership is focused on helping organizations modernize their expense management processes and gain greater value from their payment systems.
