Jadwa Launches GCC Private Credit Fund Targeting SAR 750

Jadwa Investment, a leading investment management and advisory firm in the Middle East, has announced the launch of its flagship private credit vehicle, the Jadwa GCC Diversified Private Credit Fund, targeting up to SAR 750 million (USD 200 million) in total commitments. The fund has already achieved a strong first close of over SAR 300 million (USD 80 million) and has deployed capital into its first two investments.

The Jadwa GCC Diversified Private Credit Fund represents Jadwa’s first blind-pool regional private credit fund, following the successful launch of several deal-specific private credit strategies. The new fund is designed to provide institutional and private wealth investors with diversified exposure to the GCC’s rapidly expanding private credit market, which continues to benefit from strong economic fundamentals and increasing demand for alternative financing solutions.

Commenting on the launch, Tariq Al-Sudairy, Managing Director and CEO of Jadwa Investment, said that private credit has become a strategic allocation for sophisticated investors worldwide.
