Proteris Compliance Solutions has announced the launch of its new Proteris Forms Management System, a solution designed to simplify how product providers and administrators manage consumer forms and compliance documentation. Built for the automotive, marine, powersport, and RV industries, the platform allows users to securely store, organize, and access forms and supporting documents through a single, searchable database.

The launch expands Proteris’ proprietary Proteris Portal, which now brings together both the Proteris Compliance Hub and the new Forms Management System. While the Compliance Hub streamlines the submission of forms and marketing materials for lender approval, the new system extends that functionality by addressing the full lifecycle of form management. Together, the two tools aim to reduce friction across the entire compliance process. Notably, the Forms Management System is the only database fully aligned with the Forms Database Minimum Standards approved by industry bodies including GAPA, SCIC, and MVPPA.
For product providers and administrators, the platform removes much of the manual work traditionally associated with compliance. Tasks such as version control, approval status tracking, document retrieval, and maintaining supporting materials are automated within a centralized system. Users can easily view product details, state usage permissions, cancellation terms, and refund calculation methodologies without sorting through multiple systems or spreadsheets.

Finance companies also benefit from the new system by gaining centralized access to approved consumer forms and related documentation. The platform helps lenders reduce the risk of funding inactive or non-compliant forms, verify refund calculations, resolve discrepancies more efficiently, and prepare more confidently for audits or regulatory examinations. Automated notifications and clear status tracking further improve visibility into the compliance review process.

According to Zack Pechter, CEO of Proteris Compliance Solutions, the goal of the new offering is to remove unnecessary complexity from compliance workflows. He explained that by simplifying document management and approval processes, Proteris enables finance companies, providers, and administrators to focus less on paperwork and more on serving their customers effectively.
Pechter added that the Forms Management System naturally complements the existing Proteris Compliance Hub. Together, the platforms advance Proteris’ broader mission of delivering compliance solutions that are practical, affordable, and easy to use helping clients achieve stronger compliance outcomes with less administrative burden.
